Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, the work centres on supporting Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Why this role may suit you

Conduct training workshops and assess Care Pros in medication, moving and assisting and other non-clinical competencies. Provide support to the Client Experience team.

What you would be doing

Supporting Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate. Maintaining accurate Care Pro records on Home Instead software and People Planner. Maintaining regular contact with Care Professionals.

What you need

• Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
• Experience of working with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication in a supervisory role.
• Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.

Practical information

• Conduct Care Pro supervisions, PDP’s, Annual Appraisals and other touchpoints.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
