Field Care Supervisor

Field Care Supervisor focuses on as a fcs, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users.

What the role involves

• As a FCS, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users.
• Combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
• Review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
• Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
• Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks.
• Be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care.

Skills and requirements

• Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.

Confirmed role details

• £13.89 per hour plus mileage.
• Range of shifts available Full Time and Part Time role available.
