Field Claims Adjuster

The Field Claims Adjuster position centres on the Field Claims team are a team of around 6/8 who support the Property Claims function through visiting customers who have notified claims to inspect damage, assess policy coverag. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

Role overview

This role will predominantly cover Northern Home Counties, but a flexible approach to travel is needed given the size of the team. The team's primary target is to maximise the number of new claim instructions they go out on in order to meet their objectives of expediting claim settlement.

Main responsibilities

The Field Claims team are a team of around 6/8 who support the Property Claims function through visiting customers who have notified claims to inspect damage, assess policy coverag. Providing exceptional service is central to the role and the successful candidate will handle a mixture of claims through the clients Direct and Broker channel for both High Net Wo.

Requirements

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous loss adjusting experience and ideally will have handled HNW losses.
• Progression towards professional qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential.
