As a Field Operations Manager (Building Services) in Site Management, the work centres on managing, plan, organise and coordinate works orders within agreed timescales and budgets. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Who the work supports
: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who are seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team. Is responsible for operational delivery, financial performance, contractual compliance, HR matters, and Health & Safety.
How support shows up
Managing, plan, organise and coordinate works orders within agreed timescales and budgets. Present operational performance reports including KPIs, H&S, resource levels, WIP, and financial performance at weekly/monthly meetings. Monitoring contract and account performance and implement corrective action where required.
What needs to be in place
- City & Guilds / time-served tradesperson with minimum 5 years’ site experience within property maintenance/construction OR CIOB Level 4 Diploma in Site Management.
- Additional H&S qualifications (e.g. Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid).
- Full UK driving licence.
Job details
- £51,515.10 Per annum + Vehicle allowance.
