What needs to be in place

• Commercial Acumen: You demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive sales and foster growth within a salon environment.
• Qualified Hairdressing Professional: You hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in hairdressing and possess valuable experience in teaching, coaching, or assessing fello.
