Field Service Engineer focuses on perform preventive and corrective maintenance required on steris/cantel product lines, related product lines, and competitive equipment.

What the role involves

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance required on STERIS/Cantel product lines, related product lines, and competitive equipment.
• Test equipment (., schematics, diagrams, technical manuals.
• This includes: disassembling, replacing, or repairing defective parts.
• Troubleshooting, adjusting/calibrating, and certifying equipment ready for use by using standard and specialized tools.
• Uses the Corporate applications (Siebel, Oracle, Sales Connection, others) to handle his daily activity.
• Maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers, managers.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 2 years industry related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good troubleshooting skills as well as proven organization attitude.
• Computer literacy with a good standard of education with good oral and written communication.
