Field Service Engineer focuses on perform preventive and corrective maintenance required on steris/cantel product lines, related product lines, and competitive equipment.
What the role involves
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance required on STERIS/Cantel product lines, related product lines, and competitive equipment.
- Test equipment (., schematics, diagrams, technical manuals.
- This includes: disassembling, replacing, or repairing defective parts.
- Troubleshooting, adjusting/calibrating, and certifying equipment ready for use by using standard and specialized tools.
- Uses the Corporate applications (Siebel, Oracle, Sales Connection, others) to handle his daily activity.
- Maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers, managers.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of 2 years industry related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Good troubleshooting skills as well as proven organization attitude.
- Computer literacy with a good standard of education with good oral and written communication.
