Field Service Engineer focuses on repair and carry out preventative maintenance on products.

What the role involves

• Repair and carry out preventative maintenance on products.
• Provide on‑site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays).
• Produce high‑quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit.
• Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach.
• Work safely and comply with company and customer Health & Safety policies.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery.
• Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications.
• Post‑qualification practical experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Confirmed role details

• West Midlands (can also cover UK and Ireland).
