1 in 4 on‑call rota for evenings and weekends (paid if called out). With overtime and performance, a very realistic OTE of £45,000 is achievable, and top performers regularly earn £50,000+.

What the role depends on
- The ability to manage your own time effectively, plan your day and work independently.
- Exposure to electrical work, joinery, mechanical tasks or installation‑based work (advantageous but not essential — full training provided).
- A full, clean driving licence is required as you’ll be travelling within your region, and you’ll take part in a 1‑in‑4 on‑call rota, with additional payments for call‑outs.
