As a Field Service Engineer in Cambridge, England, the work centres on supporting Scheduler to prioritise and execute emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations to the highest standard. Role overview

You should expect approximately 10–12 days per month of overnight travel. Based in Cambridge, SPT Labtech makes products that transform the way scientists work.

Engineering work involved

Supporting Scheduler to prioritise and execute emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations to the highest standard. Play a key role in delivering exceptional service support, working closely with the Service. Performing field service work such as on-site installation, preventative maintenance.

Technical skills and requirements
