Field Service Technician
Field Service Technician focuses on maintaining, establish and identify service vehicle tooling/parts/etc. requirements.
What the role involves
- Maintaining, establish and identify Service vehicle tooling/parts/etc. requirements.
- Complete detailed Field Service’s Report before leaving a client site and submit expenses weekly to the SAM or his alternate.
- Proactively prepare materials list for preventative and corrective work.
- Maintain, and modify existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead by example to achieve and exceed company goals.
- Ability to prepare technical reports for both internal and external customers.
Skills and requirements
- Assist the Service Area Manager (SAM) establish parts and labour estimates required for equipment and system repairs.
- Proactively review assigned materials necessary for maintenance actions, informing the SAM/purchasing if further materials are required.
- Engineering Degree/HNC/HND qualification is desirable, or equivalent education and experience.
- Driving license to allow traveling around the UK/EU and international travel.
Confirmed role details
- Troubleshoot process issues both Onsite and remotely as part of an on-call rotation.
- Monitor trends, and implement solutions both Onsite and remotely.
