Field Services Engineer Level 2

Field Services Engineer Level 2 focuses on conduct on-site, installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.

What the role involves

• Conduct on-site, installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
• Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Skills and requirements

• N/SVQ or equivalent experience in plumbing/heating operations.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Plumber role is preferred.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems in the water treatment sector is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
