Field Services Manager
The Field Services Manager position centres on managing contractor attendance, performance and quality for all Major Works projects, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Where ownership sits
Field based, with frequent travel to the central regions including Oxfordshire & Berkshire. 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
What the role carries
Managing contractor attendance, performance and quality for all Major Works projects, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Managing external contractors and suppliers, acting on feedback from customers and colleagues to drive continuous improvement. Review and authorise invoices and payments for suppliers and subcontractors, challenging discrepancies or poor performance where necessary.
