    Job Description

    The Finance Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices, subcontractor applications for payment, employee expenses, statement reconciliations and supplier master data.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as request by the P2P Manager
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
