The Finance and Operations Officer. position centres on liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cashflow. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

What you would be doing
Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cashflow. Work alongside the property finance team to assist with the mezzanine and equity loans for property development. Liaise with the operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements.
What you need
- And ideally banking sector experience to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.
- Very likely be working within the banking sector, and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.
