- Finance Assistant focuses on as a finance assistant & administrator, you will support the finance manager and the wider business with a combination of finance and administrative ta.
- Processing purchase invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Supporting external and internal audit activities.
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations including accruals, prepayments and fixed assets.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Supporting the shared finance inbox and handling ad hoc tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
- AAT qualification completed or currently in progress.
