Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant, with the role focused on maintaining supplier accounts and create new suppliers. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in Letchworth Garden city. In this position you will be working on accounts payable, supporting the finance team and reporting to the Finance Director.
How the role works day to day
Maintaining supplier accounts and create new suppliers. Processing and match supplier invoices to purchase orders & stock receipts.

Practical details
- Leave: 25 days per annum 3 used for Xmas plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
- Possibility of Hybrid working after 6 months’ probation – Up to 2 days WFH.
- 37.5 Hours a week 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch).
- Job Reference: AI-FA-LETCHSalary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.
What needs to be in place
- At least 3 years accounts payable experience – essential.
