What the role involves

  • Identify business value and improvement opportunities, leading workshops to analyse processes, remove inefficiencies, and optimise data and system flows.
  • Ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and project teams to align on priorities.
  • Analyse, and document requirements from finance stakeholders, mapping key finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) to identify gaps.
  • Supporting financial system delivery through test case preparation, UAT coordination, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining accurate documentation aligned to standards.

Candidate fit

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis within finance and finance operations either on process improvements, systems implementation or transformation activities.

  • Process mapping, and testing support.
