This Finance Business Partner opportunity is built around preparation of timely financial reporting for the Repairs and Assets directorate, in accordance with the monthly management accounts timetable. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)Agile working arrangements in place. As a not-for-profit housing association, providing affordable homes and services to more than 20,000 people across Greater Manchester.

Preparation of timely financial reporting for the Repairs and Assets directorate, in accordance with the monthly management accounts timetable. Provide insight to enable operational decision making.

What is expected

  • Undertake monthly meetings with budget holders for the relevant business area to discuss their management accounts (including team listings).
