What the role involves

• Deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently.
• The Finance Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business units, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior managers to provide financial insights that guide decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze revenues, costs, and profitability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ongoing review and evaluation of all reported KPI’s to maintain relevance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

Skills and requirements

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years in finance roles, with at least 3 years in business partnering.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
