What the role involves

• Partner with operational teams to support financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing plans.
• Analyse management information, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting month-end processes and management accounts preparation across operational sites.
• Develop insightful reporting using Power BI and other financial tools.
• Driving process improvement initiatives.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI to create dashboards and visual reporting.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations.
