Finance Director

Finance Director focuses on capital & funding: act as the primary lead for institutional capital partners.

What the role involves

• Capital & Funding: Act as the primary lead for institutional capital partners.
• Manage lender relationships, and secure debt/equity for development projects and investments.
• Deal Execution: Oversee all financial, tax, and corporate due diligence for property acquisitions, disposals, and SPV transactions.
• Financial Control: Lead group financial reporting, quarterly management accounts, annual audits, and rigorous cash flow forecasting.
• Tax & Compliance: Manage corporate and shareholder tax planning, VAT/CIS compliance, and group corporate secretarial duties.

Skills and requirements

• Several years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally in the real estate industry and development in particular.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Attention to detail and thorough self-review.
• Comfortable working within a tight-knit team and prepared to assist on a wide variety of tasks.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time – 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
• Private healthcare, pension scheme.
• Sheen Lane London is a privately owned property development company based in Richmond.
• Lead finance within a wider team of 20 staff and will report to the Director and founder of the business.
