Main responsibilities

Staff management, development and training, together with recruitment where required. Undertake regular 121 meetings with direct reports and carry out annual performance reviews. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join one of the UK’s largest and most respected property services groups on an 18-month maternity cover contract.
