Finance Manager focuses on overseeing the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with finance service level agreements (e.g., slas).
What the role involves
- Overseeing the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with finance Service Level Agreements (e.g., SLAs).
- Managing the month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations (e.g., define process and timeline for reconciling intercompany transactions between regions during month e.

Candidate fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
