• Own reporting, cash, and insight across multi-channel operations.

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role.
• Experience with accounting software (ideally Xero or similar).
• Experience within ecommerce, retail, or a high-growth/SME environment.
• Experience supporting commercial decision-making and performance analysis.
