How support shows up

Own our weekly management reporting: ARR, pipeline coverage, forecasts - built interactively and delivered to the leadership team. As our Finance Manager, you'll build 5D's FP&A function from scratch — the financial infrastructure that guides every major commercial decision between now and Series B. Maintaining cap table, options register, and company secretarial tasks - working with our outsourced providers but owning the internal layer.

What needs to be in place

• 3–6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally including time in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Previous experience supporting a fundraise or investor reporting.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Job details

• £80–110k salary per annum + bonus + meaningful equity (on a standard vesting schedule) 📈.
• 14 weeks full pay for primary caregiver (followed by statutory pay).
• Work model: Remote.
• Additional detail: Bonus opportunities may be available.
