What the role involves

• Serve as the senior finance business partner to the leadership team, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Leading the development and maintenance of robust financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
• Supporting business growth initiatives, such as new service lines & international expansion (US and Asia) International Expansion.
• Manage currency, tax, and regulatory risks in new regions.
• Supporting commercial pricing, market entry planning, and financial feasibility studies in each region.
• Overseeing & drive all financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, board packs, and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.

• Finance Manager/ HOF – Sole Role – Salary up to £80,000 DoE – VFR3186.
• Full Time: Initially full-time in the office.
