Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, the work centres on acting as the senior finance lead in the Head of Finance’s absence. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where ownership sits

We‘ve filled this role subject to candidate commencement and/or successful probation completion. Overseeing and supporting the Finance Officer in day-to-day operations.

What the role carries

Acting as the senior finance lead in the Head of Finance’s absence. Supporting the year-end process and liaising with external accountants.

What the role depends on

• Bring solid end to end accounting experience, ideally gained within an SME environment, and preferably (though not essentially) within the hospitality sector.
• Be AAT qualified as a minimum, or have equivalent vocational experience that shows a deep understanding of financial operations.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and digital accounting tools, will be essential, along with the confidence to liaise across departments.
