    Job Description

  • Lead the financial operations of the business, managing project SPVs, bookkeeping, VAT, intercompany structures, and producing valuations and forecasts that support decision‑making.
  • Oversee daily office operations and key HR activities, including onboarding, contract management, and supporting performance reviews to maintain a smooth and professional workplace.
  • Work closely with the development team by tracking milestones, managing budgets, and preparing scopes for new tenders to keep renewable projects moving efficiently.
  • Strengthen business integrity through strong compliance processes, document control, and legal coordination to ensure the organisation meets high governance standards.
  • Responsibility for day-to-day accounting; month-end reports, AP/AR.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance & Operations Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a project-lead environment is beneficial.
  • Proven expertise in managing financial operations and budgets.
  • Experience within the energy & natural resources industry is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement.
