Job Description
Lead the financial operations of the business, managing project SPVs, bookkeeping, VAT, intercompany structures, and producing valuations and forecasts that support decision‑making.Oversee daily office operations and key HR activities, including onboarding, contract management, and supporting performance reviews to maintain a smooth and professional workplace.Work closely with the development team by tracking milestones, managing budgets, and preparing scopes for new tenders to keep renewable projects moving efficiently.Strengthen business integrity through strong compliance processes, document control, and legal coordination to ensure the organisation meets high governance standards.Responsibility for day-to-day accounting; month-end reports, AP/AR.The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Operations Manager should have:
A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.Previous experience working in a project-lead environment is beneficial.Proven expertise in managing financial operations and budgets.Experience within the energy & natural resources industry is advantageous.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools.A results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement.What's on Offer
