Finance Systems Analyst focuses on provide day-to-day support for finance processes within d365 f&o, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, project accounting, invoicing, and timesheets.

What the role involves

  • Provide day-to-day support for finance processes within D365 F&O, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, project accounting, invoicing, and timesheets.
  • Resolve system issues, escalating more complex problems where appropriate.
  • Ensure timely handling of queries to minimise disruption to business operations.
  • Supporting configuration changes within D365 F&O under direction (e.g. setup updates and minor enhancements).
  • Assisting with the deployment of system fixes, patches, and updates.
  • Work closely with Finance and Project Operations teams to support core finance processes.

Skills and requirements

  • Requires a solid working knowledge of D365 F&O, with the opportunity to develop deeper functional expertise over time.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Understanding of core finance processes (e.g. Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, project accounting).
  • Experience supporting business systems or ERP environments.
