What the role involves

• For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
• Handling day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance for annual GAAP and statutory audits, and required compliance related filings for all international subsidiaries.
• Monthly review of financials, including period over period variance analysis.
• Establish documented controls to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of 6 years progressive accounting and finance experience with minimum of 2 years work experience with a SaaS company.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with scaling and automation of processes.
