Main responsibilities
Maintaining and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required. Processing purchase orders, invoices, payments, and procurement requests, ensuring timely approvals and accurate record-keeping.
