• Also be required, from time to time, to make home visits and signpost customers to additional help where required.

Confirmed role details

• The team are hybrid working, however there is a requirement to attend the office at Borough Hall when needed.

Additional role context

• Is Monday to Friday 5hours per day.
• Interviews: week commencing 15th September 2025.
