This Financial Director role is focused on leading and professionalise the finance function, implementing scalable processes and robust internal controls. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where ownership sits
Act as a close advisor to the Founders, translating ambitious brand visions into robust, funded financial plans. Implement rigorous KPI tracking (e.g., Gross Margin, Customer Acquisition Cost, LTV, and Inventory Turns).
What the role carries
Leading and professionalise the finance function, implementing scalable processes and robust internal controls. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to analyse ROI on trade spend, promotions, and new product launches (NPD). Supporting future funding rounds or exit preparation, acting as the primary point of contact for PE investors and external stakeholders.

- Proven Finance Leadership: Senior finance role (FD or Head of Finance) within a high‑growth environment, ideally within a PE‑backed framework.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to switch between "hands‑on" and board‑level strategy.
