Job description
The Financial Director position centres on managing our external fund administrator to oversee day-to-day fund operations and quarterly reporting. It would suit someone who can bring as they raise for a new fund and grow the business, there is a need to hire an experienced Finance professional to oversee all of Finance and Operations to the role.
Where ownership sits
Calculate quarterly gross/net IRR movements and other fund metrics along with ad hoc waterfall carry calculations. Controls & risk management (especially around cash/funding processes).
What the role carries
Managing our external fund administrator to oversee day-to-day fund operations and quarterly reporting. Preparing/review valuations and ensure full supporting documents are provided to auditors. Managing finance & operations at the firm level, including expenses, invoicing, recharges, VAT/CT returns and compliance with regulations and internal policies.

As they raise for a new fund and grow the business, there is a need to hire an experienced Finance professional to oversee all of Finance and Operations. Be an experienced professional, ideally with a background in Private Debt/Credit or other areas of Private Markets. Strong professional approach.
What the role depends on
- You must be based in the UK and have eligibility to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered in this role.
- Able to operate in a stand-alone capacity, though supported by an experienced COO.
- Willing to be a "hands-on" operator. No task is too big or too small.
