Where the technical work sits

• Improving insight on Event Budgeting, Profitability Analysis and KPI’s.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships – CEO, PE investors, Banks, Auditors.
• Maintaining overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company strategy.

Technical requirements

• Experience within the B2B Event / Media industry is highly desirable – knowledge of Event Budgeting and Profitability analysis etc.
• Strong history of financial excellence, previous Finance Director / CFO / VP experience is a must.
• Has worked within a PE environment previously, experience of an exit desirable.
