What you would be doing
Processing all private client related new business and servicing queries using the businesses processes and with defined internal and external service level agreements. Use company systems in line with internal procedures and ensure all processes are being completed in line with company manuals and process documentation. Managing and action incoming and outgoing client queries both via post and digital methods.

What you need
- Proven experience in a financial service administrative role.
- Experience of client relationship management software within financial services Iress X Plan or similar.
- Good working knowledge of in-house systems and processes.
