What the role involves

• Carryout planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Modifications in line with contract requirements.
• Preparing dilapidation reports on newly acquired contracts.
• Advise or recommend improvement, additions or reductions.
• Support and quotation delivery by relevant British Standards.
• Maintaining the service portfolios to the highest quality standard in all areas of activity to satisfy.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £42,000 per annum + Company Van + Overtime and On Call Allowance.
• Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 17:00.
