What the role involves
- Carryout planned preventative maintenance activities.
- Modifications in line with contract requirements.
- Preparing dilapidation reports on newly acquired contracts.
- Advise or recommend improvement, additions or reductions.
- Support and quotation delivery by relevant British Standards.
- Maintaining the service portfolios to the highest quality standard in all areas of activity to satisfy.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- £42,000 per annum + Company Van + Overtime and On Call Allowance.
- Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 17:00.
