Now we’re looking for an  Assistant GEM (Assistant General Experience Manager / Assistant Store Manager)to support the leadership of our London Flagship Store.

Support daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience

Partner with the GEM to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs

Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring outstanding client experience

Support recruitment, training, and development of the team

Motivate and coach team members to reach their full potential

Ensure visual merchandising and in-store storytelling meet brand standards

Assist in identifying growth opportunities and improving store performance

Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Aromaria’s vision and energy

Step in as leader-in-charge when the GEM is not present

+3 years of experience in luxury retail (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)

Experience in perfumery or fragrance-related industries is a strong plus

Proven ability to drive sales and support team performance

Strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail

Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset

Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling

Plus: Interest or exposure to marketing initiatives and activations
