Fleet and Compliance Coordinator focuses on contribute to the success of the site by ensuring that all vehicles and trailers adhere to service and mot planned schedules.

What the role involves

  • Contribute to the success of the site by ensuring that all vehicles and trailers adhere to service and MOT planned schedules.
  • Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts to facilitate trailer return for service and MOT.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports relating to compliance status of the company’s fleet.
  • Working closely with site operations team and local manufacturer/service providers to monitor.
  • Review and improve vehicle damage costs.
  • Review PMI reports received from vehicle service agents and address any safety related defects that should have been captured as part of driver pre ops checks.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a transport/logistics environment.
  • CPC is highly desirable.
