Vision for Education are recruiting a Flexible Learning Mentor to support a secondary school in the Dursley area. This Learning Mentor role offers flexible, supply-based work with a focus on supporting students who need extra guidance with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.

The role – Learning Mentor
• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping manage behaviour and engagement

• Is flexible, reliable and confident
• Has experience with young people or an interest in education
• Is calm, patient and consistent
• Builds positive relationships quickly
