Responsibilities and requirements

• You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's individual needs and promote positive outcomes.Essential Requirements Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
• Desirable Qualifications Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).Paediatric First Aid qualification.Additional training relevant to early years practice.
