What the role involves

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Ensure the F&B operations area are health & safety compliant for each shift.
• Supporting meeting & event operations from social events to big bash weddings.
• Coordinating and run the reservations system.
• Supporting the commercial goals of the business.
• Draft floor plan based on covers.
