What the role involves

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the floor and help ensure service is smooth, polished, and well paced.
• Work with the General Manager to develop steps of service and shape the overall guest journey.
• Lead the floor team to deliver a high standard of hospitality.
• Build strong knowledge of Nancy’s drinks programme and menu, and help embed that knowledge across the team.
• Develop clear and effective communication between the floor, host, and bar teams.

Skills and requirements

• Train a new team to deliver the level of service and experience befitting a new and exciting cocktail bar, while building a strong understanding of our drinks programme and menu ac.
• Experience in a management role within a busy hospitality venue.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and cocktails.

Confirmed role details

• Bonus structure linked to food delivery.

Additional role context

• £35,000 per year + service charge (estimated £10,000 per year).
