FLT Reach Truck Driver - Lichfield
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Reach Truck Driver based in Lichfield, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver or Forklift Truck Operative.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday: 22:00 - 06:00
Rates of Pay: £16.94 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
Your duties as a FLT Reach Truck Driver will be:
- Drive and operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-use inspections and report any faults to management
- Receive goods into the warehouse and stow pallets
- Check the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Unpack and store incoming goods
- Organise stock for deliveries
- Move goods around the warehouse as required
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
The skills required as Reach Truck Driver are:
- Valid Reach Truck licence – accredited licence required
- Experience driving and operating an FLT Truck
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong spatial awareness
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Reliability and self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Previous warehouse experience
Training Provided
- Full training will be provided, and you will be required to pass an assessment
