Main responsibilities

Oversee and continuously improve the compliance framework for FM across a large retail estate. Lead the design and implementation of internal controls to ensure safe and legally compliant FM operations, conduct risk assessments, manage the FM risk register, maintain complian. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that FM activities, ranging from statutory maintenance to contractor management, operate within a robust and auditable control envir.

Requirements

• Your ability to design and manage internal control frameworks, interpret complex data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential.

• Demonstrable experience in FM compliance, governance or risk management within a large, multisite environment.
