• · Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all service areas.
• · Prepare and serve food and drinks in line with company standards.
• · Set up and close down areas in line with standard operating procedures.

Technical requirements

• A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
• · Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• · Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
