- Develop teams to deliver consistently high standards across a varied food and beverage operation?
- Support the delivery of outstanding hospitality experiences across the Royal Shakespeare Company's diverse food and beverage venues.
- Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, key areas of responsibility include.
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the Rooftop Restaurant, as well as providing support across cafés, bars, terraces and event spaces.
- Coaching and developing team members to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.
- Delivering engaging daily briefings to ensure teams are prepared and informed for service.
Skills and requirements
- Experience supervising or supporting teams within hospitality or food and beverage operations.
- Knowledge of food safety, allergen awareness, and licensing requirements.
