Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £14.50

As a Barista / Food and Beverage Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of delivering a world-class service, ensuring every customer receives outstanding quality and care.

You will also support and guide the team to maintain the highest standards across the operation, bringing a positive impact to every customer’s day. 

The Role

  • Supervise daily barista and food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Prepare specialty drinks and serve food to customers, leading by example
  • Support, motivate, and coordinate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented front and back-of-house areas
  • Take ownership of service standards and actively seek opportunities to improve performance
  • Handle cash and operate the till system accurately, ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Ensure all food and drinks meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Uphold and promote high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service at all times

    • About You

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused food and beverage environment
  • Experience supervising or supporting a small team in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent at delivering outstanding service and leading by example
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with strong communication skills
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
