Food and Beverage Supervisor focuses on · the service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, either working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team.

• · Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
• · Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals.
• Helping guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Skills and requirements

• · Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
• · Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous.
• Dining facilities at the hotel include The Quay 7 Restaurant which offers an à la carte menu with a variety of seasonal dishes.
• The Quay 7 bar and outdoor terrace offer an extensive wine list and a selection of beers and spirits, along with a variety of hot beverages.
