A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSOCIATE (BREAKFAST) AT AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT GLASGOW

Reporting to the Food Beverage Manager, you can expect your working day/evenings to include the following.

Serving breakfast at our in-house restaurant 'Hazel'! In the Hazel Restaurant, you can expect to be kept busy providing quality service to our guests, giving them that unforgettable experience they're looking for. You will share your knowledge on the variety of options we offer over the bar, breakfast and dinner, but don't worry, your team will be more than happy to help you!

To succeed in the role of Food Beverage Associate you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Experience in a customer facing role preferable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team spirit
• Customer-oriented approach
